Why do manicure prices vary so much on Long Island?
Three things move the price: the product on your nail, the time in the chair and the extras around it. A regular polish manicure takes about 20 minutes and uses polish that air dries. Gel adds lamp curing and a longer-wearing product. Dip powder and gel extensions add structure and time. Spa pedicures add scrubs, masques, hot stones and massage. That is why one salon menu can run from $15 to $70 and all of it can be fair.

What is the Wednesday Special?
Every Wednesday we run a regular manicure and pedicure plus callus removal for $40. Booked separately, a regular manicure ($15) and a regular pedicure ($28) come to $43, so the special adds callus removal and still saves you money. It suits clients from Smithtown and Hauppauge who work from home or have a flexible midweek lunch, and it is the easiest way to keep a standing nail routine without thinking about the cost.
How much is a spa pedicure?
Our two spa pedicures start the same way, with sea salt, a sugar scrub, a crème mask and massage lotion. The Relax Stress pedicure is $55 and is made for stressed, swollen, tired feet, with callus removal, a 10 minute massage and regular color. You choose one scent: lavender, milk & honey, green tea, jasmine, coffee, olive, cucumber or lemon. The Refresh Anti-Inflammatory pedicure is $70 and helps increase circulation, adding a hot towel wrap, callus treatment, hot stone and a 15 minute massage with regular color.
Is tipping expected?
Tipping is appreciated but always your choice, and most clients tip in the same range they would at a hair salon. Prices are the ones on the menu above, and optional extras such as nail art and chrome, from $5, are on the menu too. If you are switching from an old gel set, gel removal is $10, so mention it when you call and we will plan the time.
How do we compare to nearby salons?
We would rather you compare for yourself than make claims about other businesses in Dix Hills or East Northport.
